What you need:
300ml Low Fat-Hi Calcium Milk
3 Tablespoons Herbalife ANY Formula 1 (Personal favorite: Vanilla)
1-3 Tablespoons Herbalife Formula 3(Optional depending on size)
1 Ripened Banana
1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Honey
5 Ice Cubes
