Meals: 30/7/10


What I had for dinner:
Japanese food. Tried Natto today... A kind of fermented soy bean, which I thought would be salty, but instead was flavorless. Had it with raw Tuna, Salad, a hot pot of Beef slices and Tofu.

What I had for dinner:
Japanese food tonight. Started with 2 different types of salad, beef and seafood. A Stewed Beef dish, and Japanese Ramen.

Meals: 11/7/10


What I had for lunch:
Today is ramen day! Had ramen for both lunch and dinner today! Also a slice of very good home made cake! It's Sushi Boy's birthday celebration hehe...

What I had for lunch:
I ate a lot today! Duck Meat and Pork Soup, Japanese lunch with Tuna Salad, Grilled Squid, Tofu and Beef Pot, Egg Pudding and Cendol for Dessert. Also sneaked in a slice of Pecan Pie along with a nice cup of coffee.

What I had for lunch:
Japanese affair today! Had a good japanese lunch and a smaller portion for dinner. Lunch was Pork Sukiyaki, Stewed Pork Knuckle with radish, Salad and Fried Oysters.

Dinner was Smoked Salmon Salad, Stir Fried Beef, Stir Fried Bitter Gourd.

What I had for lunch:

Another nice and happy Japanese lunch, weekly affair. Had potato salad, Shabu salad, Beef Teppanyaki, Beef and Bean Curd Soup, Bibimbab, Grilled Saba Fish. Life is Good.

Meals: 29/5/10


Today's plan was to have dinner and 2 shakes throughout the day, but felt hungry at 12pm with no shakes in hand, went into Japanese restaurant for a low fat meaty treat. Going to have Steamboat again for dinner too!! Lots of soup and meat. Yummy...



What I had for lunch:

Oyster Fry, BBQ Chicken, Pork Cutlet, Salad.

What I had for dinner:

Steamboat Szechuan style with a lot of beef, pork and fish only... Finished with a Green Tea Ice Cream Popsickle. Yummy day.

Meals: 21/5/10





Today's theme is Japanese... Had 3 sticks of tori yaki for lunch, and a nice mix of seafood and beef for dinner...

What I had for dinner:

Crab, Saba steak, Grilled beef's tongue, Seafood salad, Beef salad, Fried mini prawns, and finished with Black Sesame Ice Cream...

If the restaurant background looks familiar, that's cause I've been to this place less than 2 weeks ago!

Meals: 8/5/10


What a hungry day today... Out for mother's day dinner tonight so I replaced my lunch with a shake.

Dinner was well worth the wait though... Started with "Saba fish with Miso", and ended with beef Sukiyaki, with a few bits and pieces in between :P

Then, dessert arrived!!! Black Sesame Ice Cream!!!

Nice hearty dinner tonight. It's a good change from the indian food I had for 2 days in a row already. Flavors and textures of food are very important to keep us sticking with our program. So don't be afraid to experiment with different flavors and enjoy your weight loss process.
