Recipe: Avocado Skin Quencher

Had a long, hot day under the sun? Need that extra boost of Vitamin E for your skin? This is the best solution! Rich in antioxidants and vitamin E, avocado also gives the shake a very smooth texture. Use ripe avocados for the best results.

150ml Low Fat-Hi Calcium Milk
150ml Cold Water
3 Tablespoons Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
1-3 Tablespoons Herbalife Formula 3(Optional depending on size)
Flesh from half a ripe avocado
1 Tablespoon Honey
A few sprigs of Mint Leaves (optional)
5 Ice Cubes

Make sure you drink it all up quick, otherwise the avocado will oxidize and turn brownish color.

Recipe: Banana Spinach Shake

This one here is my brother's favourite. The combination seemed odd to me at first, but when I tried it, I found it surprisingly light and pleasant. The trick to this shake is to use diluted soy milk (2 parts water + 1 part soy milk) instead of cow's milk.

What you need:

300ml Diluted soy milk (200ml water + 100ml Soy Milk)
1 Whole, Ripe Banana
A Handful of Baby Spinach (More if you like)
3 Tablespoons Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
1-3 Tablespoons Herbalife Formula 3(Optional depending on size)
1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Honey
1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (Optional)
5 Ice Cubes

Just pop them in and blend until smooth!!!
