Meals: 17/5/10

What I had for lunch:

Ah... Touchdown... Nothing better than less-than-mediocre food from a chain-outlet in the airport...

Scrambled eggs with salmon + 1 pc of Bak Kwa

...and some better-than-usual chain-outlet chinese food in a shopping mall...

Chilli Chicken... Yum...

Meals: 16/5/10

After a long, meat deprived day, I finally found something to sink my teeth into for dinner...

Loh Ak, some pork intestines, beancurd, and a bowl of pork intestine soup... Yum... Meat...

Meals: 15/5/10

What I had for dinner:

Today's event ended at 7pm and dinner was arranged with the group. Turkish restaurant, cheap and cheerful hehe...

Had hummus with some pita and a chicken shwarma sandwich... Then ran away from the dessert...

Recipe: Mango Blast

This is a recipe idea I got from the Filipino distributors, tested it out and found it ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

150ml Low Fat-Hi Calcium Milk
150ml Cold Water
3 Tablespoons Herbalife Vanilla Formula 1
1-3 Tablespoons Herbalife Formula 3(Optional depending on size)
150g Ripe Mango
5 Ice Cubes

Make sure you use ripe mangoes for this one, as the flavor and scent really BURSTS out! So good after a long hot day.

Meals: 14/5/10

What I had for lunch:

The chillies I had last night kept calling me back... Who am I to resist... Result:

Fish (Again!), Dumplings (Again!) and stir fried pork (New)... Yum...

I must say... Singaporean restaurants give more bang for the buck!!!
