Meals: 11/6/10 (Special Dinner)


What I had for dinner:

Tonight's dinner was a long awaited affair. A nice quiet dinner with loved one in a posh restaurant!

Appetizers:

Bread Basket, House salad and Burnt Pumpkin Soup served with Ravioli filled with Duck Liver.

Main Course:

King's Cut smoked roast beef served with Yorkshire pudding and vegetable sides, Pan roasted duck served with Duck Liver.

Dessert:

Flourless White Chocolate Cake served with berries reduced in red wine / Chocolate Lava with coconut shavings. They served two extra slices of Chocolate Cake after our coffee and dessert which we couldn't finish so had to take it home. To end on a sweet note, some chocolate truffles.


Did I mention some good wine too? *hic*
